BS Grade 355D STRUCTURE PLATE

BS 7191 grade 355D structure plate is equivalent to grade 50DD in specification BS 4360.Both grades owns minimum yield strength at 355 MPA,and tensile strength within 490-640 MPA.The density of steel plate 355D is 7.85 kg/m3.Main application of steel plate 355D is building offshore structures including Drilling barges,Jackup platforms,rigs,semi-submersible platforms,Drillships.Fixed platforms,Spar platforms and other floating production systems.

♦ Z TEST (Z15,Z25,Z35) for through-thickness testing
♦ Charpy V-notch impacting test at -20 Degree centigrade 
♦ Ultrasonic test under EN 10160,ASTM A435,A577,A578
♦ Simulated post-weld heat treatment
♦ Issued Orginal Mill test certificate under EN 10204 FORMAT 3.1/3.2
♦ Shot blasting and Painting,Cutting and welding as per end user’s demands
