Technical Requirements & Additional Services for SA210 A-1 Seamless Steel Tube:
♦ SA210 Grade A-1 steel materials shall be killed.
♦ Ultrasonic test under GB/T 5777,EN 10160,ASTM A435,A577,A578
♦ General requirements for SA210 A-1 steel tubes according to SA450/SA450M
♦ Issued Orginal Mill test certificate under EN 10204 FORMAT 3.1/3.2
♦ Surface Protection:Black,Pickling,Varnish,Hot Dip Galvanized,Coating with shop prime.
♦ Cold finished SA210 A1 tubes shall be done subcritical anneal or full anneal or Normalizing heat treatment.
