High tensile marine steel plate ABS Grade EQ56 shipping to Singapore by KMTC LINES

Our regular customer from Singapore ordered Xinsteel Industrial one small quantity order of high tensile marine steel plate ABS Grade EQ56.There is only two pieces and total 10tons.In advantage of our close relationships with Chinese national steel mills,finally SHOUGANG GROUP:SHOUGANG JINGTANG UNITED IRON & STEEL CO.,LTD. accepted rolling this small quantity order.

Considering less wastage of ingots,our customer also accepted adding 1 more tons and adjusted final dimensions as 32×2438×9144MM and 32×2000×10850MM.ABS EQ56 Shipbuilding plate is high tensile strength marine material,the minimum tensile strength shall be above 670Mpa.(Our final delivery marine plate EQ56’s tensile strength as 771Mpa.All these wide plate abs grade eq56 treated with quenching and tempering in heat temperature.

Our singapore customer demands width as 2438mm which can not be loaded into container directly,we make the wooden frames in container and then 2438mm width aABS EQ56 plates can be loaded on these wooden frames sideling,and then shipping to Singapore port smoothly by KMTC LINES.
