Batam superheater tubes projects demand 16Mo3 steel plate

Nov. 2012,one of our regular indonesian customer ordered us about 865 tons Mo-alloy steel materials EN 10028-2 16Mo3 steel plate to make welding superheater 16Mo3 steel tube in their new project in Batam island.This indonesian customer need to make big outdiameter pipes,so seamless steel pipes can not satisfy their end use.Xinsteel Industrial finally offer them the width as 4200mm wide heavy steel plates to satisfy their final demand.

In this order,customer need the additional special requirements as 100% Ultrasonic examination to be done on each steel plate with standard EN 10160 S2E2. Normalised heat treatment is necessary for 16Mo3 steel plate.
