Boiler steel plate A387GR11CL2 shall be ordered under Normalized and tempered delivery condition.In addition to the basic requirements of this specification for steel plate SA387 Grade 11 CL 2 and A387 Grade 11 CL 2 ,certain supplementary requirements are available when additional control, testing, or examination is required to meet end user's requirements. These include:1 Vacuum treatment,2 Additional or special tension testing,3 Impact testing, 4 Nondestructive examination.
